If you're looking for a growth opportunity, join us at RXO.What your day-to-day will look like:Identify freight and coordinate delivery to ensure customer and company requirements are met in a timely mannerEnsure maximum efficiency and optimization in freight movementProperly monitor customer shipments to ensure on-time, accurate and satisfactory deliveriesTroubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies as neededCommunicate with customers, employees, and the management team to ensure achievement of requirements, goals, and objectivesIdentify strategies to increase freight from customer and/or to better manage existing opportunitiesCorrectly enter data into the transportation management systemMaintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file various documentationWhat you'll need to excel:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experienceIt'd be great if you also have:2 years of experience in supply chain or logisticsExperience with Microsoft OfficeA highly organized and detail-oriented work style, with a proactive and professional attitudeThe willingness to function effectively as a member of a team while promoting a positive and collaborative work environmentThe ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output and meet deadlinesThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 20 lbs.Discern color and possess field visionIn this role, you'll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
