Associate - Asset Management - Gresham Hunt : Job Details

Gresham Hunt are delighted to be supporting a boutique Real Estate Investment Management firm, investing across all major asset classes as they search for an analyst to join their asset management team.

This position is to be based in New York City and visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years' of Real Estate Asset Management experience, with extensive office asset coverage experience
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management experience
• Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
• Proficiency in using ARGUS, Excel, CoStar, and other relevant software to create financial models and conduct market analysis.
