Associate Attorney - Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP : Job Details

Boutique securities shareholder litigation law firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a junior attorney with 0-3 years of experience for an Associate position. Candidates should possess strong research, writing and organizational skills. Candidates familiar with or who have relevant coursework in corporate or federal securities law are preferred. Familiarity or relevant coursework in finance or accounting is also preferred.

Candidates should be admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar.

Candidates should be diligent, hardworking, self-motivated, self-sufficient and comfortable supporting all aspects of securities and shareholder litigation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, PACER, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law is preferred.
