Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney at Williamson Health Law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting memoranda and correspondence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing providers in overpayment appeals and licensing complaints.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience (or at least a strong interest) in health law
• Strong research skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan
