We offer a remote work environment and an in-office location in beautiful southern Orange County. Our attorneys practice in all Southern California counties.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred
• Previous Personal Injury Law Required
• Previous Worker's Compensation Law preferred
• Previous trial experience preferred
