Who You Are You are a high performer with 1 - 3 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and other strategic transactions. You have experience in a broad-based federal transactional tax practice, including handling matters such as the following: domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures and strategic alliances; private equity and hedge funds real estate and REIT taxation complex capital markets transactions, including structured notes bankruptcy and workouts structured finance and securitization leasing, lending, and project finance You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions. You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
