Associate Attorney - Henner Law Group, PC : Job Details

Seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our staff. The ideal candidate will SPEAK, READ AND WRITE SPANISH and will have relevant experience in a paid position as an immigration lawyer. The perfect candidate will have prior experience overseeing, managing and handling immigration matters, especially removal cases, asylum, cancellation, family-based adjustments, and NATZ cases. Must be a self-starter and an efficient worker. S/he should understand the immigration process and should not mind going to USCIS and Immigration Court and/or preparing forms. Good client and communication skills and organization are a must. Please be driven and mature. Seeking a long-term hire with partnership potential.
