What You'll Be Doing:

• Gaining diverse legal exposure by working on cases across employment, commercial, and civil litigation.
• Case Management: Handle a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tort claims, contract disputes, and employment litigation, from inception through resolution.
• Drafting Pleadings & Motions: Draft and file complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and other pleadings. Prepare discovery requests, responses, and subpoenas.
• Discovery & Fact Investigation: Conduct thorough discovery, including reviewing documents, interrogatories, and depositions. Investigate facts, gather evidence, and build a solid case for trial.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and motions practice. Present oral arguments, examine witnesses, and handle evidentiary issues.
