* Complete assigned portions of operational audit reviews, develop required supporting work papers and ensure comprehensive procedures are developed and executed to assess existing system of internal control

* Assess compliance with Company policies and related subjects and the effectiveness or efficiency of such policies in the specific circumstances

* Ensure findings of irregularities, discrepancies and deviations from prescribed procedures and practices are fully supported by evidence and documentation

* Present findings and recommendations for corrective action to local and senior level management

* Assist in the confirmation of the physical existence of Company assets, verification of accounting and other records and management reporting techniques, and reviews of the adequacy of the system of internal controls for both manual and automated systems

* Identify opportunities for profit improvement, cost avoidance, and the more efficient utilization of company resources consistent with established success measures

* Work both independently and as a member of a team based on specific assignment needs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems / Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable degree from an accredited institution OR anticipated graduation date by May 2025

* Willingness to travel, including international destinations, up to 60% of the time

Other:

* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from intricate data sets, and effectively translate them into actionable recommendations or strategies

* Completion of business related internship (Internal Audit, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, ISIT, Economics, Accounting, etc) and/or 1+ year of relevent work experience

* Bilingual is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position in St. Louis, MO is $55,000 to $72,000 . The approximate pay range for this position in Arlington, VA is $67,000 to $82,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
