Position Summary The Associate Brand Manager,
Taco Bell, is a leadership role at the intersection of crafting and executing the strategy. The Associate Brand Manager will build plans to deliver on annual and longer-term strategic and financial goals, and bring the brand plan to life for consumers through development and executions of marketing campaigns. This distinctive role within Kraft Heinz blends traditional brand management with responsibility for media/communications and our strategic partnership with the Taco Bell QSR brand team. This position is best suited for someone who is creative, has a strong bias for action, and excellent interpersonal skills. You'll lead cross-functional teams of colleagues from sales, consumer insights, operations, supply chain, and R&D. You will be working both horizontally and vertically across the organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve the stated goals and initiatives.
Key Components of the Role- Collaborate with the Sr. Brand manager to build out and execute annual strategy and marketing plan, building risk mitigation plans and proposing pivots based on in market performance
- Proactively identify opportunities and diagnose challenges on the business. Understand what a successful outcome looks like and bring a proposed plan to realize it.
- Partner with sales on expanding distribution; building a data driven story that is grounded in consumer and retailer needs, to support sell in.
- Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with Sr. Brand manager to create breakthrough creative, build brand equity, and manage end to end creative development with partner agencies.
- Partner with team analyst to monitor business performance, understand trends and drivers in consumption through syndicated data. Forecast demand to inform manufacturing and financial planning looking forward.
- Own program execution and advancement of near in commercialization
- Act like a business owner; facilitating collaboration with, and seeking alignment from, vital cross functional partners to drive decision making and action.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Operates independently with a bias for action, and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Strong leadership and drive for results
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with syndicated data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment, strategy, and tactical plan development
- Experience in cross-functional team management
- Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver on timelines

New Hire Base Salary Range:$99,100.00 - $123,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
