Associate Business Analyst/Administrator - Planview Contract - 12-18 months Location - Austin, TX (Hybrid) *MUST BE LOCAL TO AUSTIN Our client needs a Junior Planview Business Analyst/Administrator to assist senior staff and ensure strong collaboration through to the PMO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping improve project planning and execution with tools offered through Planview for executing tasks, collaborating on projects, and other ongoing team activities requiring project scheduling and status, lifecycle management, time tracking, etc. This is a long term project that could be extended up to 2 years pending renewal approvals. Qualifications/Requirements: Associate's Degree in Business or a related field - Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 4 years of experience working in Business or Systems Analyst capacity (systems analysis, application support and configuration) Must have 1-2 years of specific experience working with Planview Strong background in data analytics and technical specifications Ability to create reports and dashboards Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation including development of process steps and verification and validation criteria Experience creating and maintaining UI/UX diagrams and documentation Some experience with SDLC and Agile methodology tools such as Scrum and Kanban Prior experience working with PMOs (portfolio management systems and process improvement initiatives for establishing frameworks, procedures, processes, templates) Prior experience with Testing (test procedures, test artifacts, test planning) Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects of all sizes Experience developing and delivering End User training and documentation ServiceNow, or other IT ticketing application knowledge is highly desirable Strong background in MS Office - specifically MS Excel Excellent communication skills - written/verbal General Duties: Follow industry standards for application development, configuration, management, and governance processes to support Enterprise level projects and initiatives Collaborate with internal project stakeholders to provide regular updates, gather requirements, and configure user interfaces Assist Senior Planview Business Analyst in managing and resolving incident tickets assigned through ServiceNow within the defined SLAs Maintain and manage all technical documentation Identify risks, issues and work proactively to develop, mitigate and resolve them Maintain awareness of all vendor releases Ensure all information stored is in accordance with policies and procedures Deliver efficiencies and service improvements while evaluating continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience Support non-technical staff with technical writing or editing of functional requirement documents Continuously explore opportunities for collaboration across the organization Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women's Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
