The Associate Clinical Director is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of regional operations that are related to providing treatment to children with special needs. The Associate/Clinical Director position will be a combination of remote support as well as onsite support at the assigned regional clinic/office location. It is expected that the role will be fulfilled during standard hours of operation.

Essential Job Functions
-Oversee all clinical and administrative operations within the region and/or sub-region.
-Work with Support Center staff to ensure that agency-wide processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to support clients and staff.
-Manage all Supervisors within their region or sub-region.
-Drive to clinical and operational excellence through management of the Balanced Scorecard and the below key metrics for their region and/or sub-region:
-Be a partner to Executive Directors, VP of Clinical Services, and/or Chief Operating Officer to identify and implement business development plans to increase service delivery options and revenue growth.
-Oversee regional financials; set and implement annual budget goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Oversee purchasing as needed.
-Manage all clinical facilities, ensuring required documentation, licensure, equipment and safety is maintained across all facility locations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Ensure inter-office communication across all locations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Ensure inter-departmental communication across all locations and the support center either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Communicate business development and operations information to corporate executive team either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Maintain funding agency relationships either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Oversee management of employees at all levels either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Develop and implement actions to ensure positive employee relations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Coordinate with support center departments including HR, billing, contracts/credentialing, accounting, etc. to address needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-Active BCBA Certification required
-Active LBA Certification as issued by the TX Dept of Licensing & Regulation required
-At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management
-Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry
-Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
