Associate Counsel - 02451 - State of New york : Job Details

Candidates must have been admitted to the New York State Bar and must have had four years of experience in the practice of law subsequent to admission to the Bar.

Preferred Qualifications: Possess a law degree from an accredited law school, have been admitted to, and be in good standing of, the New York State Bar; have excellent speaking, writing and research skills; and have at least five years' experience in administrative hearings or criminal or civil litigation. Prior prosecutorial experience preferred.
