Job Description
Coordinates construction projects, material procurement, production needs, and emergency reporting. Drives the financial reporting for associated projects.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinates the project performance and execution of the construction projects; creates production drawings for simple, effective execution and construction details.
- Conducts walkthroughs, assessments, and meetings with end user; streamlines procurement of materials.
- Creates project schedules and maintains electronic and physical project files and job folders; develops and maintains financial records, files, and reports.
- Coordinates bi-weekly meetings budget meetings with corporate finance; ensures financial documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Creates and maintains the profit and loss statements and assists developing the annual budget.
- Prepares and communicates financial reports to applicable leadership and teams, as needed.
- Coordinates vendor quotes and construction project buy outs for projects.
- Maintains financial tracking and reporting of emergency / disaster events.
- Develops and maintains tracking tools for use during disasters / emergency events to collect labor and non labor cost.
- Develops emergency / disaster event summary reports following incidents for leadership review and analysis.
- Develops and reports departmental goals and achievements in matrix formats for administrative reviews on monthly progress.
- Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
