Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLE Audible is seeking an experienced promotions lead to drive promotions and marketing initiatives as part of a global Audible on Amazon team. In this role, you'll leverage your deep promotions expertise to develop innovative campaigns that acquire new customers and promote Audible's products across Amazon's entertainment ecosystem. With top-notch project management skills, you'll plan and execute complex, cross-functional promotions seamlessly.As an Associate Director, Amazon Promotions, you will... - Own the strategy and execution for Audible promotions across Amazon's digital subscription businesses (Prime, Music, Video, Kindle etc.), representing the Amazon perspective in Audible's global promotion planning process- Project manage promotional execution with regional and global stakeholders across 11 marketplaces- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, negotiate and implement innovative marketing strategies- Drive a continuous feedback loop between promotion strategy, marketing execution and performance- Present strategic recommendations to leadership backed by quantitative analysis - Identify scaling opportunities and disseminate best practices across product/marketing teamsABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years experience in ecommerce/marketing roles with promotions expertise- Experience developing successful ecommerce growth strategies, particularly in SAAS and/or digital subscription businesses- Experience in data analysis to derive insights, track KPIs and make rigorous decisions- Project management experience and demonstrated ownership experience to deliver cross-functional initiatives end-to-end- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Negotiation skills to align cross-functional stakeholders- Outstanding communication skills- Amazon or digital subscription product management / product marketing management experience- Experience with Amazon tools like Bullseye, Sonar, Symphony, and JIRA- Experience in the entertainment or digital subscription industry- SQL aptitude- Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fieldAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
