Job Description :

Direct Agents is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director to join our Client Services leadership team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record within digital media, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving client growth through innovative campaign strategies and flawless execution.

THE ROLE

Client Management

  • Supervise and manage client accounts, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and upsell new opportunities and initiatives that contribute to clients' overall goals.

Campaign Management and Integration

  • Organize creative assets and technical integrations for campaigns.
  • Coordinate the process of retrieving creative assets, building out ad copy, and QAing previews before launch.
  • Coordinate various elements to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the setup of new clients and campaigns, ensuring all aspects are optimized for success.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Workshop ideas for new channel initiatives to reach client target audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and present in QBR & client strategic planning meetings

Performance Reporting

  • Generate analysis reports detailing campaign performance metrics, including expenditures, budgets, and media placements.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Proactively workshop ideas to improve performance or generate supplemental volume.

Sales Support and Contract Management

  • Assist Media Buying and Sales teams by preparing contracts, support materials, and other documentation.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between departments to achieve sales and campaign objectives.

Team Management - Contribute to departmental responsibilities such as:

  • Monthly budgeting
  • Account allocations within team
  • Enforcing best in class client services practices on all accounts
  • Periodic check-ins with team members for account updates and growth opportunities
  • Team planning and goal setting
  • Leveraging team resources to better service clients and manage account workload
  • Provide guidance to senior management for continuous improvement, increased efficiency, and betterment of processes

DESIRED BACKGROUND

  • 6+ years of account management/client services experience
  • 1+ years experience managing direct reports
  • Experience with Search, Social, and Programmatic marketing campaigns
  • Experience with managing SEO, analytics, and creative initiatives is a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Expert relationship builder and strong customer service skills
  • Strong leader both internally and externally
  • Analytical skills required -- must have experience in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to think strategically on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills -- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.
