Job DetailsThe Corporate Security Program has responsibility of protecting Regeneron personnel, information, and facilities. The Associate Director, Corporate Security Investigations, is a key member of the team, responsible for conducting key corporate security investigations including foreign intelligence, insider threat, Intellectual Property, Theft of Trade Secrets, fraud, theft, workplace violence, and cyber matters. The Associate Director - Corporate Security, Investigations will function as the lead investigator in a growing investigative program with international expansion. This individual will build productive internal and external partnerships across several key business areas and will partner closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement and the intelligence community to identify potential industry and company specific risks. Regeneron is looking for a strategic and critical thinker, expert in identifying and developing key internal and external relationships to conduct investigations and proactively identify and mitigate risk. This position will focus on developing complex investigations through advanced techniques. The position will be based in Tarrytown, NY, with potential domestic and international travel. In a Typical Day, You Will
  • Conduct complex counterintelligence investigations targeting Regeneron personnel and information.
  • Work in tandem with the Information Security partners to further develop investigative and analytical cyber security threat identification and mitigation steps.
  • Conduct internal and external fraud and theft investigations.
  • Conduct investigations and fact finding reviews of confidential data loss or theft and recommend corrective action plans to ensure risk mitigation activities are enacted and results achieved.
  • Conduct threat assessments of Regeneron facilities and operations.
  • Partner with HR, Compliance, and Law Department to manage code of conduct inquires, internal investigations, workplace violence issues and employee performance issues.
  • Provide expert consultation to executives specific to national security risks and provide recommendations to various internal business customers.
  • Through interaction with external partners, have keen awareness of business risks and trends related to safeguarding confidential information.
  • Build and maintain relationships and serve as the liaison to law enforcement, internal stakeholders, vendors and the intelligence community.

To be considered for this role you must possess a BA/BS Degree. Law Enforcement and/or Intelligence Community experience required with 15+ years of national security investigative and analytic experience. Must successfully pass a mental health fitness for duty examination upon request. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and a HR218 certification and maintain ability to possess a firearm.Does this sound like you?
