This includes the development and execution of research and evaluation of programs focused on workforce development, capacity-building, sustainability, and/or improving health outcomes; developing and offering training on evaluation; and producing academic products and technical reports. Responsibilities include program management and evaluation, staff oversight, policy development and implementation, communication with external stakeholders, and research on the community health workforce.Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Master's in Health, Social Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program evaluation, management, coordination, or administration.
