In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering unparalleled client experiences, fortifying relationships, delivering end-to-end client service to our Institutional Clients.Lead and support end-to-end service delivery for our Institutional Clients, orchestrating seamless collaboration across internal teams to provide optimal levels of service excellenceAssist and lead complex onboarding and client life-cycle eventsCultivate an understanding of Principal Asset Management s investment strategies and client solutions. Check us out at www.principalam.com !Who You AreBachelor s degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 7 years of experience in asset management and client services, with a minimum of 5 years managing institutional clientsDemonstrated success in client retention and delivering exceptional client experiencesProven ability to work effectively with consultant and distribution teamsSkills That Will Help You Stand OutIn-depth knowledge of operational aspects of asset managementStrong understanding of the regulatory environment for Institutional ClientsTravel may be required based on location, business or client needs.This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions.May require fingerprinting with Principal Funds Distributor.Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$106400 - $182400 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
