Associate Director of Business Development (Finance)

Job Description: As a member of the Food Business Development (BD) Team within Linde's US industrial gas division (LGUS), you will be tasked with managing business development activities aimed at the food producers. This position reports to the Director of Food Markets BD and does not have direct reports.

Education:

• 4 Year BA/BS Degree Required (Engineering or Sciences preferred)

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Communications, or Business Development or a combination of other experiences in B2B and/or technical industries
• 3+ years of direct customer interaction
• Food Industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

• Relationship creating, developing, and maintaining skills.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented, working with a sense of urgency.
• Well-spoken and personable (Internal and External)
• Customer-focused
• Demonstrated ability for strong follow through and bringing a project to completion once initiated.
• Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
