Insight Global Health is looking for an Associate Director of Network Engineering to lead and oversee a Network Engineering team for one of our largest Healthcare clients. He/She will manage a technical team of engineers to provide network systems solutions and ensure focus on improvement of the Network platform. He/She will be designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructures that meet the needs for the organization. This includes helping define and deliver strategies and solutions for Network Systems platforms transformation, including the vision, roadmap, strategy, setting policies, implementation, and operationalizing best practices around enterprise network systems. This role will provide structure and technical leadership managing team priorities, technical direction, work efforts, business expectations and communicate status to leadership. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years experience as a Manager/Associate Director within IT/Networking field at an enterprise environment Strong working knowledge and experience with systems design in the following technologies: TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, LAN/WAN, Service Provider/Extranet networks, Ethernet switching, BGP, EIGRP, SNMP, VPN, MPLS, VRF, Traffic Engineering, IPSEC, etc. Extensive experience with various Cisco networking platforms (virtual and non-virtual, Cisco ASR/ISR routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Nexus/ACI. Cisco Wireless Controllers, Traffic Shaping solutions, Infoblox, Network Monitoring Tools) Extensive knowledge in Cisco network systems design, Arista networking, DNS, TCP/IP, various IP network routing protocols, and cloud networking Knowledge of enterprise-level tools and products to provide network services, including: firewalls, IPS/IDS, DNS, DHCP, web security, TACACS+, VPN and NAC. Prior experience managing and leading a team of 5+ technical engineers Bachelors Degree Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
