The Associate Director of Program Management is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a Regional Program for a Global Client. This position will work with other Project Stakeholders to define and oversee the workflows and systems to support the delivery ecosystem. This role is responsible for the overall planning, control, reporting and delivery of large-scale projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements. This position is accountable operationally to ensure all direct and adjacent teams are working to deliver the best quality product. This position will manage a team of Program Managers and will work closely with the Global Ops Lead, Creative Production delivery team and Account Team to successfully deliver Client solutions and maintain program cohesion.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
8+ year's experience in related field
Bachelor's degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, and workflow optimization.
Must have experience in Workfront.
Strong understanding of job-tracking systems and/ or Project Management software.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Backlogs a plus.
Demonstrated experience in managing large scale projects to successful completion; able to oversee a team managing multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Proven experience implementing solutions that deliver services with high-quality standards in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Demonstrated experience working with and successfully hiring, managing, motivating, and developing team members.
Comfortable with developing internal training materials and resources that support team/individual growth and development.
Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.

Proven experience identifying and implementing relevant ideas and innovations.
Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
Extremely organized with superior attention to detail and time management.
Ensure issues requiring escalation are routed to the appropriate contact and resolved
