Associate Director, Risk Management - Hollinger : Job Details

Associate Director, Risk Management 150k-200k Metro New York Region, Hybrid/Remoteajor financial institution with significant assets in the insurance industry is seeking an Associate Director, Risk Management, who will serve as the first point of contact for stakeholder inquiries relative to company's risk programs. Oversee risks including Alternative Risk Transfer(A.R.T) Programs and Mergers & Acquisitions. Areas of concentration will include but not limited to risk enquiry & applicability, risk appetite and tolerance, ERM Framework and all aspects of risk transfer and risk prevention initiatives. Manage small RM team. 8+ years of risk management with extensive P&C insurance knowledge. Experience with primary insurance, alternative risk, and captive insurance, self-insurance, and loss risk analysis. Familiarity with risk due diligence process related to M&A work. Background knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management. Strong technical and coverage knowledge related to pricing, reserving and capital modeling operations, as well as, organizational, leadership, communication and technical skills, including MS Office software. RM degrees and designations helpful, including P&C broker license. 150k-200k base(DOE), incentives, benefits.
