Salary
Our best estimate of the base salary range for this position, located in the Irvine, California area is $95,000 – $135,000. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Farallon reviews and updates salary ranges annually, and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Farallon's total compensation package for our employee-owners.
