The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is a non-profit, bipartisan public policy organization established in 1962 to provide strategic insights and practical policy solutions to decision makers concerned with global security and prosperity. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the largest organizations of its kind, with a staff of approximately 200 employees, including more than 120 analysts working to address the changing dynamics of international security across the globe.
CSIS seeks a full time Associate Fellow to join the China Power Project. The primary role of the Associate Fellow will be to support the development of content for the China Power website (chinapower.csis.org). Key research areas include: Chinese foreign and security policy, the People's Liberation Army, Taiwan, cross-Strait issues, U.S.-China relations, and technology policy. Candidates should be motivated self-starters that enjoy a wide variety of analytical tasks and must possess a background in both international relations and basic data analysis.
The salary band for this role is $65,000-$105,000 commensurate with experience.
