Overview: We're looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a salaried Associate Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen including insurance and investment knowledge with advanced skills in financial analysis. Needs to be able to effectively educate clients, assist clients with financial services, manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to regulatory standards. Must be proficient in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must have attention to detail and ethical judgement. Adaptability, strong time management, and technological proficiency are critical, as well as a collaborative team spirit and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including insurance and investment advice.
  • Conduct financial analyses and assessments to create personalized financial strategies.
  • Educate clients on financial products and market trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Answer client questions and help facilitate service requests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products.

Schedule/Availability: In-office position with standard full-time work hours.
