Completes multiple projects involving complex legal issues, including contract drafting and negotiation, working with operational divisions of Billings Clinic – Logan Health to provide support on legal issues, assistance in managing outside counsel as directed; advise on litigation. Responds to requests for legal, strategic, or legislative advice or assistance on matters regarding all facets of the Billings Clinic – Logan Health operations.

Minimum Qualifications
EducationLaw degree from an accredited law school
ExperienceThree to Five (3 - 5) years legal experiencePreferred: Legal experience in healthcare
Certifications and LicensesCurrent valid and unsuspended license to practice law (licensure or ability to become licensed in the State of Montana) - At hire
