The Associate Import Coordinator is required to possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Track and trace freight utilizing the internetProcess arrival notices for all in-bound shipmentsRate and invoice transportation files to Mohawk clients, or prepare for CHBManage documents in digital workflowData entry into CargoWise operating systemInform appropriate parties of customs clearance, delivery instructions and required informationFinalize files with billing charges and complete billing invoice in a paperless environmentOther duties as assignedDesired Skills/Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust possess a strong attention to accuracy and detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsMultitasking, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyAbility to work in a professional remote environment (if applicable)Desire to develop professionally and personallyCollege degree (Associates or Bachelors) preferred but not requiredMohawk Global is an equal opportunity employer.
