Associate, Investor Relations

Variant is looking for a resourceful candidate for a position as an Associate in Investor Relations. The specific responsibilities are detailed below.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, crafting and auditing the complete suite of marketing collateral including factsheets, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, data room, quarterly updates
• Manage the email marketing campaign process and serve as the expert of the email marketing platform
• Manage the completion of custom client and prospect requests as well as completion of custom due diligence questionnaires
• Build out automated marketing deliverables to streamline the production process
• Manage the maintenance of data submitted to third party databases
• Manage client and prospect database within firm's CRM (Salesforce) system
• Creative utilization of CRM (Salesforce) for managing client and prospect deliverables and outreach
• Assist with lead generation across national markets
• Lead the onboarding and maintenance of direct accounts as well as relationships with third party platforms including managing additional selling agreements
• Assist on investor relations calls through participation and documentation
• Prepare investor relations materials and participate in weekly investment committee calls

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree, with preference for Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Analytics majors.
• Strong understanding of investment metrics and data analysis coupled with reporting information in a creative, concise and efficient manner
• Preference for strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
• Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, with pride taken in their process and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with the ability to manage time and workload.
