Job Description :

This is a remote role. Currently we are unable to hire in the following states: CO, PA, NY, HI, MA and NY.

The Associate IS Technician will handle all of the Associate Technical Agent duties and more. The Associate Service Desk Technician is the initial point of contact responsible for accurately gathering details of reported incidents or requests from various intake methods. Maintains established department policies and procedures while improving organization performance and stability. Understands and adheres to performance operational metrics and adherence policies. Responsible for resolving issues or escalating unresolved problems/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support teams with accurate documentation using system approved tools. Requires excellent customer service skills as well as technical troubleshooting skills with ability to identify data trends and call patterns. Operates in a fast paced, high-volume environment and requires the ability to multi-task between various applications and systems. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required qualifications:

* Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, General Studies. Or equivalent educ/experience.

Preferred qualifications:

* within 2 years of hire ITIL Foundations

* within 2 years of hire HDI Customer Service Representative.

* 2 years Call center experience, customer service, IT.
