Associate Litigator - Thompson Hine LLP : Job Details

Thompson Hine LLP seeks a third to fourth year Litigation Associate with expertise in Business Litigation and Employment for the Los Angeles office. Experience with General Business Litigation and Employment matters is required. Employment experience with matters involving Wage & Hour, Discrimination and/or Wrongful Termination is strongly desired. The successful candidate's Litigation experience will likely include conducting research; writing memos; participating in discovery and assisting with pre-trial motions. Any exposure to or interest in regulatory compliance matters such as Proposition 65 defense is also a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
