Requirements
About the Role:
As an Associate Beverage Operations Manager at Botrista, you will support our Enterprise Sales team and Beverage Directors, playing an important role in helping us deliver innovative and profitable beverage programs. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the beverage and restaurant industry and gain hands-on experience in beverage menu development, operational support, and relationship building with restaurant teams.
In this role, you will specifically support our emergence and scale into Theme Park operations. Reporting to Sr. Beverage Director accountable for Theme Park growth, you will assist in creating custom beverage menus and recipes for Botrista's clients, and contribute to smooth transitions from testing to full-scale implementation. You'll also support various special projects, which could include helping with new product and recipe development, consumer research, or industry events.You will spend many days, including weekends in Theme Parks and expected to travel as much as 75% of the time given our wide network of parks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Beverage Program Execution: Assist in driving growth and efficiency by supporting the beverage programs' implementation across various locations. Help with tasks such as working the actual station where our drinks are being served, managing inventory, assisting with front-line training, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with staff and management. Work closely with front-line teams to promote beverage sales, assist managers with inventory control, and support owners in profitability tracking.
• Assist in Menu Development: Contribute to beverage menu curation by providing input on recipes, flavors, and trends. Help gather data and guest feedback from all phases and day parts to ensure the success of company-wide rollouts.
• Learn and Grow: Stay current on beverage industry trends, gaining deeper knowledge of flavor profiles, marketing approaches, and technology advancements in the beverage sector. Use this expertise to support continuous improvements within the team.
• Operational Assistance: Understand the needs of restaurant operators and identify ways to help them succeed. Work to address any challenges or limitations they may face, while ensuring that the Botrista DrinkBot systems are being used effectively.
• Project Support: Participate in various special projects, which may involve new product development, consumer research, and attending industry events to promote Botrista's beverage solutions.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for client site visits and project support.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Salary: $60,000
• Eligible for bonuses and stock options
