Role Description

We are looking for a data-focused associate to own the day-to-day paid search campaign management of our growing international business, as well as supporting our ongoing US search business. You will create, manage, execute and report on several key eCommerce channels, including Google, Bing, and Amazon. You will work with the Senior Manager of Growth and Paid Media to establish best practices for customer acquisition across our existing and new international markets to achieve our aggressive revenue goals. Previous experience in paid search is a must, with emphasis towards experience managing D2C brands and working towards revenue/ROAS goals. In-person in our East Village, NYC office 2-3 days per week (flexible days).

What you'll do

* Support the Senior Manager of Growth & Paid Media to manage the growing international paid search program, as well as the core US business, and meet YoY revenue goals

* Develop, optimize, and maintain the paid search program, including keyword/product target creation, account auditing, budget management, bidding, shopping feed optimization, ad copy creation and testing, and landing page testing

* Maintain daily channel and budget management and optimizations

* Manage platforms, including Google Ads (Search and Shopping), Bing Ads, and Amazon Sponsored Ads

* Deliver detailed weekly performance reporting, including data-driven insights and actionable next steps that will drive channel efficiencies

* Leverage analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Metabase, to drive performance analysis.

* Stay ahead on industry trends and competitive insights to help drive meaningful strategy, projects, and optimizations

* Proactively develop knowledge of digital media landscape in international markets, including Canada, UK, Germany, and France

* Future opportunities to support additional media channels

Key Qualifications

* In-person in our East Village, NYC office 2-3 days per week (flexible days)Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising, Business, Math, Economics or equivalent

* 1-2 years of performance marketing experience (either agency or client side)

* Knowledge and experience managing paid search for eCommerce/D2C brands, requiring hands-on experience with Amazon, Google, and Bing platforms; managing towards a CPA/ROAS efficiency

* Demonstrates understanding of best practices in paid search campaign management, bid strategies, keyword discovery, ad copy creation and testing, landing page testing, budget management, and performance reporting

* Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; expert Excel knowledge

* Knowledge of and/or desire to learn additional eCommerce, display, video, marketing principles, and media strategies and tactics

* Insights-driven and bias toward action; take data and turn it into actionable next steps

* Intellectually curious: asks questions; tries new things; researches; stays up-to-date with not only paid search but digital marketing and eCommerce industry trends

* Demonstrated comfort working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication skills, grace under pressure, an inspiring and fun presence, ability to flex to different audiences and objectives

* Knowledge of international marketing strategies a plus

* Experience with analytics tools a plus (such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, Metabase)

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
