Chartis has offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Nashville. Remote work is allowed.

Associate Partners are integral members of our firm's leadership team, contributing to firm-building efforts while managing 1-2 consulting engagements at a time. Engagements typically span 3-6 months in duration and are supported by teams of 2-4 Consultants and Analysts.

Salary range: $175,000-$240,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
