Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ABS Structurer/Modeler to join our ABS Structuring and Advisory team. Given our long-term view, the ABS Structuring & Advisory team has been able to use securitization technology to expand the definition of Asset Backed Private Credit.
Responsibilities
The Associate will focus on supporting the senior structurers across lower flow and novel securitizations globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed finance with specific expertise in rated transportation ABS (Planes, Containers, Rail…). Specific responsibilities will include:

Pay Range
175,000-300,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
