You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.The Associate Product Manager will be assisting in defining business problems via in-depth investigations and gathering both technical and non-technical information. You will work with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to solutions architects and developers to outline detailed requirements for a solution and to ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements.The Associate Product Manager will provide advisory support to both commercial and technical teams to help bridge the gap between developers and the wider business.So why not come and join a team that is helping shape the future of media!Responsibilities* Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.* Performing requirements analysis.* Documenting and communicating the results of all product efforts to cross-functional team members and management.* Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.* Help in performing user acceptance testing.* Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.* Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements.* Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.* Managing competing resources and priorities.* Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.About You* Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis.* Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT.* Understanding of third party campaign measurement and effectiveness studies ideal but not necessary.* Ability to create use cases and wireframes.* Ability to do systems and systems integration analysis.* SQL or other data analysis methodologies.* Understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.* Basic understanding of user data and data platforms.* Basic understanding of UI/UX.What we offer- Competitive Remuneration Package- 401k plan- Insurance (Health, Dental and Vision)- Flexible Hours- More vacation time- Free yoga/meditation classesHow to applyHintz is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
