Associate Production Manager - AmyColeConnect : Job Details

In this role you'll work with the production team supporting the men's and women's divisions from woven's to activewear. Must be a self-starter and capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail deadlines and benchmarks.Responsibilities:Create worksheet for PO creation, information provided by sales and designAttention to detail, ensure all info on the PO are correctPlace orders and track production deliveriesSupport in daily communication with manufactures and customers overseas.Work with sales, design and tech team on calendar deadlines, sourcing, product adoption and samples development.Responsible for entering and sending factory purchase orders to factories for replenishment orders, and assisting in new style orders, with correct detail. Review for correct quantities pipe and fill, correct deliveryFollow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely mannerMonitor samples and approval processFollow up to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arrived on timeQualifications:Minimum 3 years of apparel production experienceAbility to work with a great deal of data - high volume SKUSUnderstand garment fabrications - knit and wovenExperience in wholesale Off Price; Ross, Burlington, Kohls, TJX preferredExperience with Costing & SourcingAbility to multi-task with cross functional teams and meet deadlinesProficient in Excel and Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail a mustPeople who thrive on our team have:Strong follow-upSuper organizedGood at numbersAbility to be adaptable and flexibleA Go-With-The-Flow energy.
