Qualifications:
  • A Resume
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation standards, and check sheets.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • At least one year of experience in one of the following areas:
  • Operating Heavy Machinery: Experience with CNC machines, injection molding machines, or similar equipment, requiring precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems: Relevant experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems, such as those used in automotive repair or maintenance.
  • Manufacturing and Production (two years): Experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment, including following production schedules, performing quality inspections, and making machinery adjustments.
    • Essential Functions:
  • Read and interpret documents.
  • Complete high-quality products within given time constraints.
  • Verify the accuracy of all completed work.
  • Responsible for bringing any quality issues to their manager.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
    • Physical Requirements:
  • Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Must be fluent in English (read, write, understand)
  • Will be exposed to possible high levels of noise.
  • May occasionally reach with hands and arms.
  • May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
