We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Associate Project Manager within our Project Management capability. This position reports to the of Director Program Management and will work in Elkhart, IN office. About the Position As an Associate Project Manager in the Project Management team, you will be involved in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Dometic Land Vehicles Americas segment. The Associate Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and contribute to the overall success of strategic initiatives. Your Main Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues.
Execution and Monitoring:
  • Support the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to overcome obstacles and challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams from various departments, including product development, product management, marketing, sales, and manufacturing.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate information flow.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Assist in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within Project Management - as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred.
