Associate Project Manager - Ask staffing : Job Details

All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment .Job Title: EIT Associate Project Manager Location: Chattanooga, TN- 37402Duration: 6 months Contract possible extensionPay Range is $40-$46/hr.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

• Task Completion: Assist with and complete assigned project tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables within prescribed timeframes.
• Project Tracking: Support project activities by gathering information, preparing documentation, and tracking project progress.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation and ensure all project artifacts are up to date in ePMO tools.
• Meeting Support: Facilitate meeting setup, take minutes, capture action items and next steps, and perform follow-up on open tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify project needs, solutions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Risk Monitoring: Assist in identifying project risks and help develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (at least 4 years in a Healthcare and/or IT environment).

Experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience within EIT at or 2 years in a healthcare and/or IT setting.

Skills & Certifications:

• Preferred: PMP, CAMP, PMI-PBA certification (not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder, Site Creator, or MS Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
