Role Description

This is a 2-month contract with the intent of a full-time, REMOTE role for a Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews.
• The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will also be responsible for providing exceptional candidate and client support, building relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, and achieving recruiting goals within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting phone and in-person interviews.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and roles.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Customer service focus with a commitment to building relationships.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting for administrative, accounting, and finance positions is a plus.
