• Hands-on experience in corporate recruiting while being mentored by industry experts

• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates

Associate Recruiter Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting or HR preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence and professionalism in phone communication
