More information can be found at www.coopersurgical.com.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:Primary purpose of this position is to support the sales efforts of the full line Territory Manager within the assigned region. This support involves developing and expanding sales to existing and new accounts assuring sales goals are met; customer and consumer needs are satisfied. As an Associate Sales Representative these goals and focus accounts are set by both OBGYN & Stem Cell Solutions Area Senior Director and the Regional Sales Director. Associate Sales Representatives will be responsible for supporting the sales of all OBGYN & Stem Cell Solutions products where appropriate.Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
  • Achieves territory sales objectives in assigned geographical area by developing and executing an effective sales plan and actively managing the territory; maintains sales base while closing new business in both new and existing accounts.
  • Develops leads for new business in all area/channels of opportunity (consumer and healthcare provider).
  • Travels throughout assigned territory to call on hospitals, physician offices, and birth centers, and provides clinical and product technical support to providers.
  • Successfully complete training requirements of the products and the clinical & surgical applications within service portfolio; maintain proficiency in current product, market, and disease state knowledge across the product portfolio; includes knowledge of competing products and services.
  • Cultivates professional relationships with obstetrics and gynecological caregivers, hospitals, physician offices, and birth centers; demonstrates maturity, integrity, and respect in all patient engagements & interactions.
  • Understand, articulate, and educate on clinical reimbursement for all relevant products.
  • Effectively leverages data analytics tools to enable territory management efficiency and inform decisions.
  • Maintain high visibility of CSI marketing collateral in all sites of patient care.
  • Responsible for sales, marketing feedback, and customer satisfaction relative to sales activities.
  • Represents CSI at local, regional, and national meetings and conventions as required.
  • Ensures that all administrative tasks (i.e., training modules, expense reports, business plans, database/CRMs Tableau/PowerBI updates, etc.) are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain high level of communication with local Territory Managers and Regional Sales Director, and other cross-functional business partners as appropriate.
Travel:
  • 50% Travel; Overnight and occasional weekend trade show travel.
QualificationsQualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, both independently and in coordination with sales partners to support territory sales strategies
  • Aptitude for engaging and motivating by providing product & sales training to company partners
  • Effective at executing territory management plan
  • Ability to collaborate closely with company partners, especially local Territory Managers
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results oriented
  • Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
Work Environment:
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires traveling in automobile and some flight travel throughout territory and customer facilities
  • Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records
  • Appropriate dress attire aligned with customer call settings & facilities
Experience:
  • One to two years of documented and verifiable professional experience; consumer related sales experience preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
