The anticipated wage for this position is $57,750 - $129,800 Organization Overview: The IPM Associate - Warehouse/Logistics Operations will be assigned specific projects that support IPM Warehouse & Logistics. This includes taking a leadership role for the area process team and safety team (PIT/AGV safety) program, managing process improvements for the area, and acting as a liaison between the warehouse and multiple operational and support groups in the execution of improvements, change controls, and quality/HSE event management. The OA will also assist the warehouse team in the day-to-day management of the warehouse/ASRS/AGV and lead investigations and drive the implementation of actions associated with deviations. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely, and supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
  • Lead the warehouse process team.
  • Interact with and/or lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business solutions.
  • Provide project management oversight and/or input for local and major capital projects.
  • Trained to perform activities associated with Lead Investigator and Change Owner.
  • Ensure processes remain in a state of validation.
  • Support any improvements made to equipment, processes, or procedures.
  • Develop and monitor metrics.
  • Investigate problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures.
  • Potential back-up to Manager.
  • Develop and lead process improvements.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize competing priorities and communicate appropriately, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences.
  • Available to address processing emergencies over the phone and, at times, return to the plant during off-hours.
Basic Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SAP, PMX, EWM, and AGV operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering or 10 or more years work experience in warehouse/logistics.
  • 5 or more years cGMP experience or support.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Career interests in project management and operations leadership.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge and experience operating powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks.
Additional Information:
  • Must be flexible to attend meetings or support off-shifts (operations is 24/7).
  • This position requires little to no travel.
