You will assist Wealth Advisors in understanding clients' overall financial situation, defining and managing client expectations and providing vision for client's needs, and provide consistent and high-quality client service. You will report to the Director of Financial Planning.What You'll Do:
- Assist Wealth Advisors as a contact for client relationships in performing multiple financial planning duties for new and existing clients.
- Prepare and review information needed for client meetings.
- Assist in client meetings and present information.
- Assign, monitor and complete tasks in CRM.
- Assist clients in the decision-making process with issues related to tax, estate planning, charitable giving, multi-generational planning.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients' professional contacts, i.e. CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents, etc.
- Document client conversations and activities in CRM.
- Monitor clients' portfolios daily. Make trades resulting from client deposits, withdrawals, rebalancing and annual tax trading.
- Review investment and trading issues.
- Provide backup relationship management for accounts served by other advisors and support to the team.
- Stay abreast of industry changes through continuing education with emphasis on becoming a subject matter expert in specific area.
- Participate in client referral conversations and build network with centers of influence.
- Participate as a member of different internal committees.
- Continue to expand knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, and online events when appropriate.Required Skills:
- Knowledge of all aspects of financial planning and investment management.
- Interpersonal, listening and written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, analytical, detail oriented, able to multi-task and proactively analyze and solve complex matters.
- Demonstrated client-centric skills including a strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work with the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.

- Involvement in community, civic and professional organizations.What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required for providing financial planning advice. CFP or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) required for providing investment advice.
- Three years of financial planning or investment advisory experience.What We Offer:
