We manage two trawl catcher-processor vessels that operate in the Bering Sea and off the coast of Washington and Oregon. Come join us with one of the many exciting job opportunities available!We are hiring Processors that are mentally and physically resilient to work in a challenging production factory on board the F/T Norther Glacier in Alaska's Bering Sea.We are seeking individuals for permanent, full-time positions who are open to working a rotating schedule year-round. Recent experience working in a physically demanding position is preferred. Individuals with experience working in manufacturing, production, construction, logging, oil fields, agriculture, or the commercial seafood industry are encouraged to apply.Requirements:Repetitive, fast-paced accuracy and movementsPhysical lifting up to 50lbsStanding 16hrs/day for 7 days/weekWork in wet, cold, and confined small spacesSelf-motivated team playerMust be able to provide two positive references from previous employersAll candidates subject to a post-offer pre-employment drug test, medical and background screen.Duties:Sort fish by species, size, and conditionTend and operate machineryInspect product to ensure it meets company quality standardsPackage, weigh, and label product to be placed into freezerDeep clean factory equipmentParticipate in offload of frozen product at end of tripLoad and unload other supplies onto vesselLife on board:Limited privacy in bunk roomsAll meals and laundry on board are provided at no costExpect limited communication.
