We are proud to be working with some of the nations leading telecommunications providers like AT&T. We specialize in direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, and customer service. Through our partnership with our clients, we have been able to assist in the growth and expansion of telecommunications all over the Austin area.

With our closing goals approaching quickly, we have set our intentions high to close out the quarter strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into this next season. That is why we are currently looking to expand our Customer Service and Sales team by adding an AT&T Customer Experience Associate. Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Customer Service and Sales Team to understand the full scope of the position. Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.

An AT&T Customer Experience Associate Will:

  • Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
  • Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers
  • Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
  • Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role
  • Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
  • Work closely with other Telecommunications Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals

Requirements of an AT&T Customer Experience Associate:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not a requirement
  • A Bachelors degree in any Business or Economics related field of study is a plus!
  • 1-3 years of experience working in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
  • A passion for learning and an ability to be coached by senior members of the team
  • A drive for success to excel beyond the minimum expectations
  • An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
