ATF Inventory Specialist - Knight Enterprises Management : Job Details

JOB TITLE: ATF Inventory Specialist DEPARTMENT: Contracts and Compliance REPORTS TO: ATF Compliance Administrator PURPOSE OF POSITION: -Maintain and control the Company's ATF administered inventory -Support the ATF Compliance Administrator in maintaining custody of all ATF managed items on KAC property. -Assist the ATF Compliance Administrator with ATF Audit and Inspection preparation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: •High School Diploma or Equivalent •Inventory Management DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: -Receives, counts, and stores ATF Managed stock items and records data, manually or using computer. -Locates and selects ATF Managed material, supplies, tools, equipment, or other articles from stock. -Determines method of storage, identification, and stock location of ATF Managed items based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capacity of facility. -Verifies computations against physical count of stock, adjusts for errors, or investigates discrepancies. -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
