Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Athletic Trainer.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Position type: Contract - to - HireLocation: East Syracuse, New YorkJob/ Shift Hours: 2: 00pm-9:00pm M-F, Saturdays as needed As an Athletic Trainer, you will be required to have:Available after school hours and weekends to provide care to student athletes during games and practicesProvide home game coverage to assigned schools.Travel with Varsity Football and other high-risk sports to away games.Provide care in injury prevention, evaluation and rehabilitation of injuries, first aid, and emergency care.Documentation of Injuries/Illness via EMRAssist Athletic Director as needed/per their instructionProper Referral to overseeing PhysicianAbide by standing orders with Physician and scope of practice in NYS The ideal candidate must have:Bachelor's Degree and certification by the BOC (Board of Certification).Must have BOC Athletic Trainers Certification by the start date (new grads encouraged to apply).Must hold current BLS for Healthcare Professionals Certification.Must have NYS Athletic Trainers License through the NYS Board of Education by the start date.
