Overview:
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for processing and delivers requisitions submitted to the Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Receives, counts and stores all materials assigned to Warehouse.
- Marks, prices and stocks all items in proper locations.
- Checks all materials received for possible damage, leakage or theft.
- Rotates stock to maintain integrity of all products; maintains constant check on temperatures of freezers and chill boxes.
- Takes inventory of material stored in all Warehouses.
- Maintains inventory locations for all Warehouse items.
- Keeps all areas of Warehouse clean and free of safety hazards.
- Properly completes all Warehouse paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of six (6) months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach lifts and other equipment used in Warehouse operations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
